With more and more EVs on the road, there will be more and more need for maintenance and repair services. Not all dealers and repair shops are "EV savvy." We work with you to make sure you have convenient access to affordable and competent service.
A true "apples to apples" comparison is difficult, but experts agree that maintenance and repair costs for EVs are less than traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. According to a recent study (see below), PHEVs save perhaps a penny a mile and BEVs perhaps four cents a mile. This can represent hundreds of dollars in annual savings. This is in addition to annual fuel cost savings of a thousand dollars or more, and annual greenhouse gas emission savings of five or more tons a year. Importantly, our EVs are professionally inspected and reconditioned, and our EV battery systems are covered under the remainder of the original 8 year/100,000 mile warranty.
